Food Processing - Kitchen Mats

The range of hygienic kitchen mats have been specially developed with MicroStop™, an anti-microbial that inhibits the growth of bacteria and fungi to provide a cleaner and healthier work environment. Kitchen mats also have large drainage holes and raised studs to provide aeration while allowing fluids and debris to fall through. Hygienic entrance mats can also be placed at the entrance to food areas to sanitize shoes with a cleaning solution before entering.
Closed versions have non-skid surfaces to add traction while open version mats are perforated or have holes for excellent drainage that quickly remove liquids, oil or debris to keep the work surface clear. Perfect for food processing plants that are suitable for contact with vegetable oils and animal fats.

Range of Materials:
The materials of anti-slip kitchen mats range from 100% natural rubber to SBR rubber for general purpose applications, and 75 % nitrile rubber that is oil/grease resistant to 100% nitrile rubber that are oil/grease proof.
Range of Thickness:
The hygienic kitchen mats range from 12.7 mm thick for light duty anti-slip hygienic mats to 22.2 mm thick for anti-slip combined with ultimate comfort (heavy duty).
Range of Sizes:
Available in standard sizes, rolls, per linear meter or custom designed matting using modular tiles that can form any shape or size, or connectors for width expansions.
